A Home Sweet Home

Turf: at room
Dash: washing

Psalm119:89-96
I will never forget Your precepts
for by them you have given me
life.

It's been a long pause since my last blog updates. Time coping up with my new business and last time it brings me to the hometown province of my grandfather in Aklan, Malinao it took us almost 10hrs getting there. It's quite an adventure because it is my first to ride on a RORO ( a roll-on/roll-off) ships designed to carries heavy vehicles and as well people. I feel good that I didn't have this kind of sea sickness nor feel dizzy during our travel because we have to offload and load to the RORO and to the bus as well (land travel and sea travel for a 3 sets trip) till we get to our destinations. I just feel sorry for myself that I didn't take a photo of the ship, but at least I took a photo of myself while on the ship I feel like a bird flying free as the wind blows my hair and stroke through my face.

The blue sea is so cool...and the clouds as it touch the mountain top

The dark clouds starting to envelope the blue sky as the golden sun is setting down....

An old church near to my Lolo's house... I wish I can go there and pray (they have this saying that your wish will be granted if its your first visit to a church) but it's locked up. The church mass holds as early as 5:30am. I'm still asleep at that time though. :)

The church little garden it's enticingly beautiful, the flower is  like a little drop of snow from heaven, so I took a photo even though the gate is locked up.

It looks like a Japanese garden in the old story of geisha, it's only in front of the city hall where my relatives is a mayor though....

The green green "rice" not grass... (LOL) as we are approaching going back home.

The visits were worth it you won't even get tired as you will gaze the beautiful scenery like these and most especially when I set my foot on the land where my blood and roots belongs.

Sorry, peeps I know it's been a long time since my last post so many things has been coping up my time, just random I would say. Of course, I'm still blogging but in another site but it was not a personal blog like this one. So, to start my blog I want to answer the 3rd day challenge of "10 Days Letter Challenge - Day 3"

2. Dad - I missed him he died 10 years ago
3. Judy - my friend she is like my sister through thick and thin
4. Rafael Nadal - he makes my day bright

5. Charice - she inspires me a lot

Quotes
God, give me the faith of a little child!
A faith that will look to thee--
That never will falter and never fail,
But follow thee trustingly.--Showerman

Enchanted Kingdom - A FEAR OF RIDE TO CONQUER

Turf: bed
Dash: writing

John 3:30
He must increase, but I must
decrease

The last time my sister and her family who reside in Canada for 11 years finally got a chance to spend their very short vacation for 3 weeks here in the Philippines. We make the most out of it in that short span of time. In the day of their departure going back to Canada my 2 nieces want to try the rides in Enchanted Kingdom (a famous amusement park in the Philippines) so I bring them and bought the ride-all-you-can-ticket.

They only ride which they think is best for them and since I forgot I'm the "alalay" that I also bought the ride-all-you-can-ticket too in which the money got into waste because I only got a chance into 2 rides (Anchors Away & Grand Carousel).

Here we are in the Enchanted Kingdom - Welcome!

Start to roam around and look for the best ride to start with

Our first stop is the "Anchors Away" it seems the ride is not pretty height scary, but whoosh my intestine almost got out while screaming...

Long cue of people who are waiting for their chance to get their mind blow away with this "Anchors Away" ride

Our 2nd stop is "Space Shuttle" ride my nieces they don't want an easy-simple ride, they want the death defying rides

As I watch them being up there, I ask myself why I didn't give it a try so my fear of height would conquer, but somehow I'm thinking what if I couldn't bear being up there what would happen then? After a few seconds of rational thinking I came up with a conclusion that I'm still afraid to try it though and better leave them enjoy that risky ride. So, I just enjoy myself watching them and taking pictures while hearing those scary screams that gives me even more weird feelings as I imagining myself being there too.

This gives me some light as I've had my 2nd ride the "Grand Carousel"

And even my niece had some fun...

And this is the one I couldn't ever ride in my life the "EKStreme Tower Ride"

This particular ride is bringing you up to the extreme height and then suddenly bring you down with a splash.

And she's up there before I bought her a special ticket for this one ride I ask her so many times if she really wants to ride this one and she answered me boldly with a "YES" because she wants to conquer her fear of heights and she indeed made it as she went down she said it's nothing at all.

I give them an impromptu shot as we walk on their 4th rides the "Rio Grande Rapids"

Getting a one shot photo before they went to their 3rd rides

I want to capture more photos of them I didn't see them for 11years since they left for Canada for I want to cherish more from them

Their happy cute tired faces

Again another long queue of people waiting in line at "Rio Grande Rapids"

This is their only 4th and last ride then even though they wanted more

Because we need to go back at once time is ticking fast as we need to reach at the condo before their flights, things happen when you least expected it. The traffic jam is so heavy as we receive ending phone calls from mom and my sister shouting at the end of the line telling me to bring my nieces back because the time is almost running out, but what should I do I don't have the power to empty the road and drive fast as I can. But then, thank GOD that we reach the condo at the nick of time that my nieces has to rush down everything to pack their things.

It's a very tiring day but fulfilling and another memoir has been curve as I wave my hand on the glass wall saying see you all again soon.

Not I but Christ be seen, be known, be heard;
