THE LAZY BLOG

Turf: hook up on bed
Dash: just reading other blogs

1 Peter 4:12
Beloved do not think it strange
concerning the fiery trial which is
to try you.

I know laziness is just as bad as having a bad stomach or having a painful toothache. I try to work something on my blog after editing it for almost 4hrs or so I felt tired and find it a bit boring already. So, I stop. I had to admit that I'm easily getting bored on a routine work, it doesn't excite me than writing my head on my blogs. There are things that we do that we aren't supposed to do, but we do because itis necessary. Like we don't have any option, unlike a cell phone menu where you can select delete, reply, forward or edit the text. As human we only have two options each either we do it or not to do. Time flies so I must not waste any single moment or second that I have, yet here I am having the "Mañana Habit". Done. It's bad. Need to resolve this right away.

Acting is easier - writing is more creative. The lazy man vies with the industrious.
William Shatner

...I may not be the same as yesterday, but I am much better today and tomorrow's ahead. I will. I must. And I do.

THE BLANK POST OF THOUGHTS

Turf: in my haven
Dash: just sitting

John 15:3
You are clean because of
the word which I have spoken to
you.

I try and reduce myself to an almost blank slate and hope to God that I am creative.
--Ben Kingsley--

Sometimes there are thoughts that are coming in, but it's so random that you cannot exactly pick up the essence, so you just left staring blankly in front of your lappy and you just see the white thing in front of you so blank but you want to put some words on it but it juggles. Gospel songs are playing and it's uplift your spirit. No, it's not that you feel lazy or just want to  lay around. Well, it's Sunday why not everybody is at home doing nothing, as the heat of the sun is too overpowering can't think if I'm going to have a good nap or just read one of my books that has been trap in a four corner of the box. Well, am thinking if I'm going to freed one of them and feed myself a new word. As the tree vines have dancing as the wind blows and the sunlight gives them the energy to survive each day. The hot days are so gruelling that it dries to the meaty thoughts that is popping in, maybe just need to relax a bit since I slept so late like 4:30ish in the morning for no reason at all as I was caught an attended of the time and so busy googling everything on the internet, or maybe one reason is that the caffeine is still active in my veins that keeps me so actively awake till late in the morning and could able to get up at 6ish in the morning to say my morning prayer. Thank God and Glory to God.

...will take a nap or maybe read about one of the books. Still undecided. :)

THE AMAZING SEMIS IN ROLAND GARROS

Turf: just on the side
Dash: having lunch

Nahum 1:7
The LORD is good, a stronghold in
the day of trouble; and HE knows
those who trust in him.

Rafa vs. Andy

IMAGE: GETTY IMAGES

Yesterday was the big awaiting moment in Roland Garros it semis and it was played by four big amazing players No. 1 seed Rafael Nadal against Andy Murray, 3rd seed Roger Federer vs. Novak Djokovic all is intense I guess as everybody is waiting for the result as who is going to stand out on the clay court. As I patiently watch the live streaming in my lappy, though it's a bit annoying 'cause the signal is so poor that it 'cause to be freezing every second but it doesn't give me the reason not to finish the game. I saw the standout performance of the two players it's Rafa against Andy (what you will expect but great game). Rafa's performance doesn't shake, he's flying like an eagle with his topspin, drop shot, and his surprising shot on the sideline which is all IN was amazingly surprising. Amazing indeed! But in between Andy did an amazing job as well as he makes a tie break too, and stole a 2 break points from Rafa besides his problem in his ankle he still showed performance that level up to the expectation of his supporters. Andy did his best, but as we all knew there will be only one winner to be called and as far as Rafa is concerned we all knew that he has been tagged as "King of Clay" and also, claim as being a best court clay player ever by some great player and Andy was one to admit.

The rally of the two was indeed a very exciting and grilling one to watch, both have their own pressure cooker to cook on it's Rafa's birthday at the moment on his call of duty, while Andy is watch by his many supporters too in his own homeland, of course they are expecting him to win too. It's Spain vs. Scotland but Spaniard won the battle and the game ended up with the very good score of 6-4 7-5 6-4.

Need to leave here just for now, I need to grab a food my stomach is empty since yesterday night due to a detoxification.

Sorry for a dark blog yesterday. Emotions are just overflowing can't keep it inside sometimes.

BOOK SHELVES #1

Turf: in the four corner
Dash: rummaging my books box

1 John 1:5-10
O God, You know my foolishness;
and my sins are not hidden from
You.

Everybody has a bestfriend if other says a man's bestfriend is "dog" for me is "books". When I enter the mall there is one place that only comes in my mind bookstore, it's like an addiction. Well, who doesn't, but I just don't grab a book and look for the cover if it is nice or good. Well, the main factor in buying a book is the Title and then read the sypnosis at the back of the book. I love books who makes me a rounded person, lots of info that I delve into and apply in my everyday life. I took a photo of a few books that I had in my books box just for your reference or you might be interested to read one of this book someday.

1. I Will Not Fear - this book is very much old not because I don't know how to take care of my books but I bought it in a Booksale, when we talk about a book I don't care if I will buy this in a bookseller as long as it contains information that is meaty to read and I find it more interesting. Anyway, about the book it's an inspirational poems, a very uplifting one it's applicable when you are so down and need enlightenment. Of course, the best book for enlightenment is non-other than but "Bible".

2. Single Servings - why I bought it, because as individuals I need a devotional inspiration for the daily life.

3. I Love You I Hate You - I bought this book when my relationship was in a topsy-turvy, this book helps me how to iron things out in a more positive way.

I still have lots of book in my stash as I've said earlier it's one of my best friend beside my human bff. I can pick up some pieces of advice that actually applicable to my situation at times and it opens up my mind to become more positive and understanding in the same way.

WHOSE TENNIS ERA NOW?

Turf: in front of my laptop
Dash: writing blogs

Psalm 119:133
Direct my steps by Your Word.

It's been a long year since I was fascinated in tennis it was introduced to me by accident non other than by my late father I was then a ?Teener's and my father was a self-confess sports fanatic from boxing, basketball, tennis, golf, or even hard sport like wrestling I adopted watching all of them but I wasn't confused of my gender..err..know I'm certified straight. Nobody can turn the knob on the TV or hold a remote control when my father is watching so definitely I'm glued to whatever he is watching on, so I'm very much updated who won the grand slam of the so and so sports per se.

It was at the heights of Agassi and Graf tennis career then which both end up being husband and wife. Agassi was then taking all the glory - the long hair wham look, the headband, and has been called the best service returner in the history of the game. He won eight Grand Slam singles tournaments in 15 Major finals and he was the first male player to win all four Majors on three different surfaces (Hard, Clay and Grass). 2nd male to receive the Career Grand Slam and also 17 ATP Master Title Series. Agassi is the last American to win the French Open (1999) and the Australian Open (2003). He retired at the age of 36 on September 3, 2006 after suffering from sciatica caused by two bulging discs in his back, a spondylolisthesis (vertebral displacement) and a bone spur that interfered with the nerve.

Side by side of Agassi's glory is Steffi Graf she won 22 grand slam titles second among female and male players, became the only tennis player who (male or female) to achieve the Calendar Year Golden Slam by winning all four Grand Slam singles titles and the Olympic gold medal in the same calendar year. She also holds the open era record for finishing as the year-end World No. 1 the most times, having done so on eight occasions. She won 107 singles titles. Her versatility across all playing surfaces, having won each of the four Grand Slams at least four times, the only player to do so. She won six French Open singles titles (second to Evert) and seven Wimbledon singles title.

She is the only singles player to have achieved a Calendar Year Grand Slam while playing on all three major types of tennis courts (grass courts, clay courts and hard courts). She reached thirteen consecutive Grand Slam singles finals, from the 1987 French Open through to the 1990 French Open winning nine of them. She played in 36 Grand Slam singles tournaments and winning 22 titles. She reached a total of 31 Grand Slam singles finals. Graf is considered by some to be the greatest female player. Billy Jean King also said in 1999, "Steffi is definitely the greatest women's tennis player of all time". She retired in 1999 with the rank of a World No. 3. When she was 13-year-old Graf was ranked World No. 124. She won no titles during the next three years, but her ranking climbed steadily until World No. 98 in 1983, No. 22 in 1984, and No. 6 in 1985.

Before the two former world no. 1 tennis player fades away in the scene, my passion in tennis is gradually fading too until I finished school and had my own bread and butter. Since then I never knew who was then taking all the glory in the tennis world, until last year 2010 of May when I accidentally open the Television set and it was Rafael Nadal and Roger Federer playing on that moment, the style of Rafa was caught me unattended that he took my attention of watching the tennis again after a long time of missing it little did I know that it was also the heights of his comeback who was then won 9 grand slam singles title and also been called as the "King of Clay". I saw in him the Agassi Era and it was Rafa who brings back my passion for tennis until then I'd never failed a single match to watch especially his match.

But before the end of 2010 a few times Rafa lost in the final and when 2011 has begun things got better to him when he won 2 times in clay in Monte Carlo and Barcelona everybody is eyeing on him that he is going to win on the Madrid Open his homeland but Nole won instead, they face again in the final in Rome, Italy but then it was Nole again who won. Now both are playing in Roland Garros, will Rafa stay as World No. 1 or Nole will as the year end.

The question is who's tennis era now, will it be Rafa again or Nole?

MOON AT 5:30AM

Turf: Bedroom
Dash: Surfing the Net

1 John 3:2
We shall be like him, for we shall
see Him as He is.

Jumeira Beach, Dubai

I

just want to share with you this photo that I took during my jogging repertoire with my bf at the open beach. I was amazed by the position of the moon in between this Kiosk, lovely! So, I didn't think twice I took my mobile and take a shot (taken only by mobile). The moon was like hiding between two lovers, and gazing on their sweet moments together.

Have you seen anything different that makes you wow and got a chance to take a shot?

A DAY BREAK

Turf: Bedroom
Dash: Playing the guitar

1 John 3:10
Whoever does not practice
righteousness is not of God.

One morning it’s like a freshly bake cheese cake, a sweet tooth Mooncake so enticing to wake up your sleepy mood with a freshly brewed aromatic coffee to energize your day.

Every day is a hard day to wake up when you are not a morning person and a lover of sleeping habit, but it’s a day when you say “All Glory to God” for gazing another beautiful sunrise peeping inside your window and those lovely birds singing in your window pane to harmonize the day to begin with.

Your morning buddies are your alarm clock that receives unpleasing response which hardly beaten just to stop its noisy sound which bother your sound sleep -- pity alarm clock not even appreciated for the value it renders to its unpleasant owner.

I wish it’s always been TGIF and TGIS a day with nothing to do but to lie on my back without a buzzing alarm clock that will spoil my hours of sleep. But no glory without pain everyone needs to work it is one of the necessary things that we need to do to support our practical needs to be able to go on living.

I want to live my day with rainbow colors on a rainy day. Every day is an exciting one to wake up with knowing life is full of surprises which wrapping up the whole day.

While sitting on a soft couch, living on a simple but placid home it’s sometimes slipping on my mind that I’m still lucky to be woken up on each day having this thing around me though it’s not explendid but with a home to wake up with knowing not everybody has a life I had, while others had no shelter to live with, doesn’t have a food to feed their empty stomach nor even gaze a lovely sunrise when some of them sleep behind the filthy bars.

I should be thankful for each day even though there are times when it is hard to wake up and you are tired doing the same routine and not having enough days to beat the stress you had in a week. But the moment I thought of that, I realized that how blessed I am waking up each morning and still doing what I love to do which is facing challenges, and welcome more opportunities that will come my way.

One of a few reasons why I still live and wake up the next day. It's all for the glory of God.

Quotes♥
Oh help us, Lord, to live our lives
So unsaved people clearly see
Reflections of your loving heart,
Your kindness, and Your purity. --Sper
