Enchanted Kingdom - A FEAR OF RIDE TO CONQUER

Turf: bed
Dash: writing

John 3:30
He must increase, but I must
decrease

The last time my sister and her family who reside in Canada for 11 years finally got a chance to spend their very short vacation for 3 weeks here in the Philippines. We make the most out of it in that short span of time. In the day of their departure going back to Canada my 2 nieces want to try the rides in Enchanted Kingdom (a famous amusement park in the Philippines) so I bring them and bought the ride-all-you-can-ticket.

They only ride which they think is best for them and since I forgot I'm the "alalay" that I also bought the ride-all-you-can-ticket too in which the money got into waste because I only got a chance into 2 rides (Anchors Away & Grand Carousel).

Here we are in the Enchanted Kingdom - Welcome!

Start to roam around and look for the best ride to start with

Our first stop is the "Anchors Away" it seems the ride is not pretty height scary, but whoosh my intestine almost got out while screaming...

Long cue of people who are waiting for their chance to get their mind blow away with this "Anchors Away" ride

Our 2nd stop is "Space Shuttle" ride my nieces they don't want an easy-simple ride, they want the death defying rides

As I watch them being up there, I ask myself why I didn't give it a try so my fear of height would conquer, but somehow I'm thinking what if I couldn't bear being up there what would happen then? After a few seconds of rational thinking I came up with a conclusion that I'm still afraid to try it though and better leave them enjoy that risky ride. So, I just enjoy myself watching them and taking pictures while hearing those scary screams that gives me even more weird feelings as I imagining myself being there too.

This gives me some light as I've had my 2nd ride the "Grand Carousel"

And even my niece had some fun...

And this is the one I couldn't ever ride in my life the "EKStreme Tower Ride"

This particular ride is bringing you up to the extreme height and then suddenly bring you down with a splash.

And she's up there before I bought her a special ticket for this one ride I ask her so many times if she really wants to ride this one and she answered me boldly with a "YES" because she wants to conquer her fear of heights and she indeed made it as she went down she said it's nothing at all.

I give them an impromptu shot as we walk on their 4th rides the "Rio Grande Rapids"

Getting a one shot photo before they went to their 3rd rides

I want to capture more photos of them I didn't see them for 11years since they left for Canada for I want to cherish more from them

Their happy cute tired faces

Again another long queue of people waiting in line at "Rio Grande Rapids"

This is their only 4th and last ride then even though they wanted more

Because we need to go back at once time is ticking fast as we need to reach at the condo before their flights, things happen when you least expected it. The traffic jam is so heavy as we receive ending phone calls from mom and my sister shouting at the end of the line telling me to bring my nieces back because the time is almost running out, but what should I do I don't have the power to empty the road and drive fast as I can. But then, thank GOD that we reach the condo at the nick of time that my nieces has to rush down everything to pack their things.

It's a very tiring day but fulfilling and another memoir has been curve as I wave my hand on the glass wall saying see you all again soon.

10 Days Letter Challenge - Day 1

Turf: in my nest
Dash: listening to music

Romans 14:17
For the Kingdom of God is not
eating and drinking, but
righteousness, peace, and joy
in the Holy Spirit.

This past few days is so overwhelming that I’m so inspired to take this 10 Days Letter Challenge… So let’s see If could cope up to answer it with all honesty and diligently.

Day 1: Ten Things About Yourself

1. I'm not a morning person
2. I'm a late sleeper
3. I don't use much of my mobile phone but I have 2.
4. I'm in the Rafael Nadal Friend Activity and that's something to me... :)
5. I'm a book lover
6. I want to be an Architect but end up as a programmer
7. When I started to sing in a videoke it last for 4hrs
8. I'm a homebody but I love adventure
9. I'm a good listener and adviser too. So I could be your Joe D Mango version.
10. I love music and anything related about the arts.

First day challenge about me is kinda hard to answer, because I'm not use of describing myself. But somehow I think I justify it well.

This is just for today. Have a nice day!

SHOUTING OUT LOUD TO FS

Turf: couch
Dash: searching

Revelation 1:15
His feet were like fine brass, as if
refined in a furnace, and His
voice as the sound of many
waters.

Looking out at Oman hotel

I knew some of my previous post is hardly innate feelings, because I love expressing myself whenever I wanted to let it out what's inside of me. So, I decided to add some lights in my post like to share some travel photos I had which I all posted in my Friendster account since it was my first community account before FB exploded in its climax. I keep all my treasured photos in FS but didn’t receive nor, heard anything that FS will delete all the files of their FS members and change it to gruesome game forum site (Sigh. Disappointed….) I admit that from the moment I had an FB account and enjoyed using it, I do seldom visited my FS account but then every time I open my FS everything is all intact and I haven’t smell anything fishy will happen in the site. But since then I had a gut feeling of pulling out all my treasured photos in FS, but didn’t know how because there are no download options not even have a right click save options. Well, that’s enough of my ranting all I wanted now was to get back all my photos especially those travel photos I had in places like Kish-Iran, Oman, Dubai, Al-Ain and all other photos of my friends in Dubai.

Today I felt disappointed, searching, and thinking how to retrieve all of those photos in FS.

Does anybody know how?

Are you an IPAD freak?

Turf: living room
Dash: eating

John 14:27
Peace I leave with you.

IPAD 2 24ct The History Edition is out and ready to amaze you and I’m so mum when I read an article about this shared by an FB friend in my wall. Wow, couldn’t believe it that part of it has made of Dinosaur bone, diamonds, etc., it’s an epic isn’t? But what can make your eyes wide open is the price – well, it only cost $5 million dollars, are you surprised? Me too, so here's the complete article and video to make you more drool, enjoy!

By ANI
London, Nov 2 (ANI): Customized iPad 2, worth 5 million pounds, is covered with dinosaur bones, gold and diamonds and surprisingly the gadget has also found a customer.
The iPad 2's Gold History edition, developed by luxury goods maker Stuart Hughes, is apparently the most expensive gadget, which can be bought.

Not only is it covered with two kilos of 24-carat gold and 12.5 carats of diamonds, but also the precious stone round the bezel is mixed with crushed-up shavings from a fossilised T-Rex.

If you flip the gadget, the Apple logo is made out of 52 separate, individually set rocks.
Oddly, these pale into insignificance next to the front half - made from 750g Canadian Ammolite, the oldest rock in the world at 75 million years, the Daily Mail reported.

Fifty-seven grams of a fossilised Tyrannosaur thigh were shaved into the stone.
The limited edition just has two pieces for sale and one has already been sold to an undisclosed customer. (ANI)

Would you love to have one? Just buy it. :)

Celebrations: Birthday, All Souls Day

Turf: living room
Dash: typing

John 4:14
Whoever drinks of the water that
I shall give him will never thirst.

This past few days is been a busy day for my family first – a 1st year birthday celebration of my nephew Rafael Brielle I named him after a famous tennis star Rafael Nadal. We are so busy preparing and cooking foods this is how we usually celebrate birthday and other events in the Philippines. (Pictures will upload later). 2nd – All souls day is a little feast celebration for Filipino family it’s start on Nov. 1 on All Saints Day this is what we called “Vespers” (a day before the real event) – Nov. 2 is the All Souls Day, so it’s a 2 day celebration (I mean feast because we never let it pass the day without cooking the traditional sticky rice meal like Biko (Recipe: glutinous rice, coconut milk, vanilla) and Ginataang Bilo Bilo (Recipe: coconut milk, mix fruit, and glutinous rice flour (form it in circle)).
